Creating AVRA has been a true labour of love for the team at Clutch.
In collaboration with our carefully selected design leaders, we’ve strived to honour the immersive coastal landscape and reinforce a sense of belonging to this extraordinary place. We seek to take people on a journey through homes that capture the essence of Bondi Beach. They are profoundly unique and incredible in scale, offering perfect northerly aspects, beautiful outlooks, tranquillity and convenience to all of life’s pleasures.
Steps from the sand, AVRA’s gentle presence signals the sanctuary within, inspired by the movement of sand and water across Bondi Beach’s landscapes. The building’s concrete blades, curved architectural forms and ethereal screens honour the shapes, colours and textures of nature and the coast. A place where you live in the breeze alongside shimmering views.

AVRA’s spa-like arrival experience takes you on a journey designed with all five senses in mind – the visual play of low ambient light across sensuous curves, the tactile beauty of leather and limestone, and the feel of raked plaster walls. Close the door behind you and enter a sanctuary that amplifies Bondi’s sacred qualities – the rolling waves, sea air and dawn light.
